RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
- 50% of the total reservation cost incurred by the customer in case of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of the total reservation cost incurred by the customer in case of cancellation less than 7 days from the date of arrival.
- 100% of the total reservation cost incurred by the customer, if NON SHOW or departure before the scheduled date.
- Any bank or transaction costs borne by the customer.
